In the fourth quarter of 2020 there was a marked rise in company acquisitions. In our law firm these acquisitions are defined as the transfer of a business, where a due diligence has been conducted. In our law firm Klaus Juel Rasmussen, Bjørn Wittrup, Niels Ulrik Ottesen, Gregers Lauridsen and Hans Henrik Skjødt have given legal advice in more than 12 acquisitions. There have of course been several other transfers involving our law firm and in regard to such acquisitions.
