JCA International
JCA International Lawyers was founded in 1995 with the aim of creating a network of European commercial law firms. Its individual members provide their clients with services of a comparable standard and quality in the course of cross-border transactions.
Each member remains the exclusive contact and addressee for its clients, but may utilize the services of other members whenever required by the client.
As a JCA member firm we provide an area-wide coverage of Europe and have established contacts with other law firms all over the world.
JCA’s members are engaged in European community law, competition law, commercial litigation and arbitration as well as other matters of general business and civil law.
Members of JCA act for a wide variety of national and international commercial clients from small to medium-sized companies, high net worth individuals,family businesses to large public enterprises, and are dedicated to offering tailor-made solutions for legal and commercial problems of various kinds.
Representation otherwise
Mostly our attorneys are focused on business matters and taxation in Denmark (see areas of practice) and we have during the years gone by developed tight connections with attorneys and accountants all over Europe and can assist in providing legal service as well as taking care of more practical matters such as how to find a lease or suitable real estate, an accountant, setting up a plant with inventory, investments etc.
Furthermore our insolvency department and death estate department – 3 attorneys and 4 secretaries – can offer assistance if you have a claim against a debtor in Denmark(see debt collection and insolvency) or if a foreign death estate has to collect assets in Denmark or a foreign heir needs representation in a Danish Probate court.
Your attention is also drawn to the fact that some of our lawyers are highly specialized in helping a company/person in getting a working permit and residence permit, representation in infringement of competition rules and all sorts of crime court cases.
