Cristina Poblador carries out legal advice and litigation on all aspects of Immigration Law, including asylum, family reunifications, work permits, EU residence, visa applications, citizenship etc. Cristina’s previous employment with The Ministry of Refugee, Immigration and Integration Affairs as well as with the Legal Advisor to the Danish Government (Kammeradvokaten) has given her first hand knowledge of how the authorities handle and process cases in this field, thus enabling her to offer highly qualified legal advice and achieving the best possible results for her clients.
Cristina Poblador also offers her assistance in cases regarding the forced removal of children, where she represents the parents or the children. Cristina has litigated a large number of cases before the Danish Regional and High Courts, her insight into the case-handling and processing by the relevant government authorities enables her to identify and target weak points in these cases to the benefit of her clients.
Furthermore Cristina Poblador has a substantial knowledge of International Public Law, incl. EU-law and Human Rights Law. Cristina holds an LLM in International Public Law and has lectured law students at the University of Copenhagen in this field.
