Attorney Henrik Qwist

Henrik's core areas are co-operative housing law, including both foundations and solvent liquidation, financing law and public housing organisations. Over the years, Henrik has founded several of Denmark's largest co-operative housing associations, and has led a large number of principled cases on co-operative housing rights before the Supreme Court. 

Henrik is a member of the "Supreme Court Bar", which includes the lawyers in Denmark who lead the most cases before the Supreme Court, and who are particularly known for their work with procedure.

Henrik is known in the industry as "a tough dog" and a sharp procedure. It is probably connected to the fact that he is not afraid of lawsuits and conflicts, but always seeks the best possible and fastest solution for his clients.

Henrik takes on the role of conductor and assists with complex negotiations and dispute resolutions. His way of working is direct and unpretentious. 

Henrik teaches i.a. with Danske Advokater and ABF.
