Morten Hove is a legal counsel to both contractors and builders in connection with main and turnkey contracts as well as dispute resolution.

Morten Hove has extensive experience in advising clients on real estate, general corporate law, investment structures, business transfers (M&A) and general contract law.

Morten Hove is experienced in transactions and works with the purchase and sale of commercial and residential investment properties, including advice on all aspects of property project development as well as owner, contract and financing structure in connection therewith.

In connection with the above, Morten Hove is an experienced litigator and has conducted numerous legal proceedings at the ordinary courts and in arbitration, including cases concerning evidence taking.
