My clients choose me because they are content to my assistance or because I have been recommended by former clients or by attorney colleagues.

My main focus of interest is bankruptcy, reconstruction and insolvency law, and I have been responsible for handling a very large number of bankruptcy estates, liquidations and creditor schemes.

I am a certified insolvency lawyer and I’m the member of The Attorney insolvency Team of the Danish Tax Authorities. This means that The Danish Tax Authorities regulary appoint me as trustee in cases where the Authorities file a petition for bankruptcy.

Another focus of interest of mine is corporate finance law. In this field I provide counseling for banks, financing and leasing companies on leasing and factoring.

In claims for torts and damages I primarily provide counseling on matters of liability for management and professional advisors, including liability of the trustee and the lawyer.

Furthermore I work with wills and estates, including other private law.

In the past few years I have experienced an increasing number of lawsuits concerning management liability. I’m experienced as well in filing these claims as representing the sued management.

The number of law suits concerning bankruptcy quarantine has been increasing. Being a trustee I’m used to these cases and often I represent the sued management.

Litigation and legal proceedings has always been a special field of interest for me, and I have conducted a large number of cases before the courts, including City- and High Court and the Supreme Court.
