Attorney Mark Ruberg-Wurms

I advise both private and public developers, contractors and technical consultants on all aspects of construction law, including contract negotiations and procurement processes, the handling of legal challenges within construction projects and the resolution of disputes.

I have experience conducting arbitration proceedings, expert assessments, technical expert decisions and expedited rulings before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board as well as the ordinary Danish courts. This includes substantial experience with consultant liability in large-scale construction projects.

In addition, I possess significant expertise in public procurement, advising both contracting authorities and tenderers, including in connection with major commercial construction projects and large infrastructure developments. Beyond legal counsel and project management across all phases of the procurement process, I also have experience representing clients in complaints before the Public Procurement Appeals Board and in court proceedings.
